MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH OFFICE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in various dental specialties a MAJOR plus (Oral Surgery, Endo, Ortho, etc)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Training and supervising staff. Maintaining appointment schedules. Coordinating patient treatment. Implementing procedures and policies for smooth operations, staffing and scheduling. Understand the inner workings of the office and how to work productively so the practice can thrive. Serve as leader in the practice. Managing insurance claims.
